  1. Order Processing: Orders placed before 12 PM (CET + 06:00) on business days are usually processed the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and holidays, are processed the next business day.
  2. Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Top10 Vape is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  3. Customs and Duties: Orders shipped within the EU typically do not incur customs fees. However, for certain destinations, customs fees or import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  4. Non-Delivery: If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local courier for more information. For further assistance, contact Top10 Vape customer support within 48 hours of the delivery status update.
